I had the pleasure of auditioning three of Mr. Schnurr's violins at his home studio. Each was meticulously crafted, beautifully finished, and possessed a rich and distinctive tone. The Stradivarius Model "P" was especially airy, bell-like and impressive in its tone.
Mr. Schnurr himself was down-to-earth, relatable, and very extremely generous with his time. I look forward to acquainting myself further with his violins over the next few weeks.
