My experience yesterday was above and beyond in terms of being helpful and instructive. Having been long involved with "Listen Up", I have been served by three offices over the years. Very good experience.
Very good
I was nervous to go, but knew I needed to do something, my hearing was worsening. Amanda put me right at ease, explained everything in detail, about what she was doing, how it would affect me etc. Nothing was scary, And, I'm thrilled with my hearing aids and the world they open up for me. I sat in a van with 6 people, in the front passenger seat, and I could hear the conversation going on from even the people in the back without turning my head around or asking what was said. I'm amazed and happy. Thank you Listen up! Thank you Amanda!
