(April 4, 2021, 10:26 pm)Our Easter take out dinners were absolutely delicious. We were sad not to be able to Dine in due to lockdown. The portions were extremely generous and everything was cooked to perfection with beautiful flavours. Of course the presentation would have been different in the restaurant but had to share what we got. Lamb shank and turkey with ham. Well done Gilles Haché and team, you should be proud. Happy Easter

(September 6, 2020, 12:35 am)What a pleasant surprise! We had dinner at Chez Gilles after walking out of another restaurant in Thornbury very disappointed. We were delighted to discover a new restaurant. The food and the service were excellent. The chef even came out to our table to greet us. I had the filet mignon and my wife had the risotto. I only wish we had room for dessert. We will be back.
