Highly recommend Meaford Osteopathy. Rachel really helped me with sciatic, hip and back pain during and after my pregnancy.

Rachel does amazing work as a caring and observant Osteopath and I greatly recommend her. You will feel listened to and comfortable in her environment. She treats my 2 year old son and I. I have had issues all my life with a spinal curve and inturned hip and pain in my neck and shoulders. I also recently started experiencing chest tightness that made me immobile and pain from my C-Section scar. Chiropracters and doctors have told me that they can't help me with long-term treatment. But after only 2 sessions with Rachel treating my neck, shoulders, and back, I felt more painless freedom of movement and relaxed muscles like I've never had before. She even helped me with my heaches and jaw tension. I also no longer experience pain and immobility from chest tightness. And after working on my C-Section scar just ONCE, I no longer have the stabbing pain from those muscles. My 2 year old son enjoys playing while Rachel works with his body to create more mobility and less tension.
