New to Meaford, Ryan's was recommended by a friend and went there expecting the worst scenario as the car was making all kinds of noises. Visions of expensive, brake jobs, bearing jobs, clutch repairs ran through the mind. The shop was a buzz of activity as I described the situation to the receptionist. I was told that John would look at it right then... Seriously? That fast? First impression - fantastic!!!... John came out and took the car for a quick test drive and was back in minutes... " I think I know what this is", he says and brings out an enormous wrench... Pops the wheel covers off and re-torques the wheels... Seems that switching between steel winter rims and aluminum summer rims means a dirt build up that can interfere with the proper torque of the bolts even though they had been done twice as recommended .. "No charge", he says with smile...
Professionalism and honesty such as this is not easy to come by these days.. Will definitely be back when the car needs servicing. Lasting impression - Even better!! Two thumbs up... wish I had more.
