Bear Wheel and Brake Service

I have been searching for a trusted mechanic for some time , I don't like surprises as in hidden costs .
I live near bear wheel and I gave them a try .
Here is what I found
Competent Friendly Honesty and they are more then willing to work with the customer , example I asked if they could diagnose a problem I had ( on a Friday ) they said we will see what we can do , called me back same day and had me bring it in 20 mins they had it figured out and I paid nothing but promised them they would be the ones doing the work .

With our truckers fighting for our freedoms and due to covid some things are on back order they assured me that because I called in advance they would have the part.

This is my 2nd time going to them and I am very impressed .

I asked if I could get a break down of the costs e mailed to me and the response was " no problem "

I highly recommend them and will continue to give them my business .

Been coming here since my teens. Front end alignments + other things. You won't be disappointed. If you are, there's something wrong with you. (They can't fix that.) They're always busy, fast, and very knowledgeable.

Troy and his staff are the only mechanics that I trust to work on my Honda. I recently had a serious engine issue and they squeezed it in during tire change season. If you're looking for excellent and honest service, head to Bear Wheel and Brake.

Organized auto shop. Ladies in the office are friendly and efficient. The same can be said for the Boys in the back. I have dealt with six auto shops in my 12 years in Owen sound. I finally found a shop I will remain with and will definitely recommend. Especially to females, you can ACTUALLY receive fair treatment. How refreshing.

I've been going to Bear Wheel and Brake for 5 years now after a friend recommended it. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They are honest and straight-forward with their quotes and efficient with their mechanical work. They never look to "take advantage" of the situation you're in. They make owning a car a lot easier and less stressful. Great group of people that remember you and make you feel looked after.
