Cody was very informative in explaining all on my first visit.. Had me repeat until I could do it correctly. Highly recommend
Today I had another appointment with Cody. As always he is the best. No complaints on my part. Good instructor.

Was a great facility and my therapist was awesome.
Gave me the knowledge to fix, maintain, and gave me exercises with an explanation on what they're for.
Plus an indepth one on one so my issues were understood and the correct therapies were given, thank you so much night and day now!!!

I had my initial consult with Cody last week and he was extremely thorough and organized, drilling down really quickly on where my instability is in my back. He gave me three simple exercises to do, supported by a great app that reminds me to do the work and shows videos to demonstrate how to do them properly. He also did a fair amount of muscle work on my back which I really appreciated.

Sarah’s fitness classes are hard but also can be modified to fit individual needs. She pushes you to do your best and I appreciate her expertise in training and lifting technique. I think I’ll enjoy working with Sarah in many more classes!

Every time I have a massage with James, I think "wow, this guy is so good at what he does." James is personable, professional, and truly cares about how his patients are doing and feeling. He always spends time to understand what is causing me discomfort, and then he works his magic to treat the areas that are aggravated. He'll even spend time post-massage showing me some stretches to help with treatment when necessary. I'm so happy to have finally found an awesome massage therapist :)
