I have purchased a A/C / furnace combo from Crose and had no issues with the install and follow up calls.
The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend them 100%

I scheduled an appointment for a quote weeks in advance and I took a day off of work.

The appointment time came and went, nobody showed up or called to cancel.

When I called the Crose Mechanical office, the person who I spoke with didn’t seem to know anything about (1) the appointment or (2) the person who the appointment was supposed to be with. I was told that someone would call me back.

Nobody called.

Edit: I got a call 8 days later to reschedule the quote and a genuine apology. 1 star -> 3 stars.

Eric Crose provided excellent information for me to finally make an understanding choice of a system that is best for me, explained patiently in a manner that I could take it all in. Then two teams of two installers were equally considerate, efficient and thorough - a pleasure to deal with.
The system is in, looks really good and appears to be working as expected. Well done!

Eric is so knowledgeable and patient. He was happy to speak to me in detail about options and details regarding a new furnace and AC unit with competitive prices. Eric responded to all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommended.
