unreliable service, unstable download speeds. when called to ask about it all they do is bring up how much i have been downloading in the past but never try to solve the issue of irregular download speeds not even half of what i pay for and happens on a daily basis for hours at a time

all you cottagers at Chesley should have their service if you don't already. Prompt, courteous, activate / deactivate service requests and emails, phone calls are all top notch - professional !

Very friendly staff and packages that make sense. After years of 'dealing with' Bell this has been a breathe of fresh air. The internet service is far faster and more reliable. No regrets and highly recommend!
