Excellent service at the store. Travis was calm, patient and helpful in answering all my questions within hours of checking everything out. I only needed a new battery, not a new iPhone and options re: laptop were offered in a neutral, non-pressured or hurried way. Most appreciated. However, I also learned that, although Apple Support Services gave me an appointment time with sit-down assistance at this store, this is not a service actually offered by the store itself - this was an issue with Apple Support, not Palantir Computers. I would definitely go back to Palantir.

Stopped in out of the blue thinking I was in for a major iPhone repair. They had it fixed in minutes and No Charge! Highly recommend this company!

Awesome customer service. They were very quick to repair my mac! They saved me a ton of time and money driving a distance for a repair!

always a fantastic experience at palantir computers. i have been a customer for many years & will be for many more! friendly & prompt service, and they are always great to answer my questions and inquiries on new products i am looking at buying. can't recommend them enough for all your computer related needs!
