Owen Sound Starbucks is the absolute best Starbucks! The consistency of their hand crafted beverages is excellent. I can always count on my complicated latte being made to perfection every time!! The staff is always friendly and considerate!! Thanks Owen Sound Starbucks!

Awesome staff and even better coffee. They even helped me when my GPS flatlined and I was lost.

Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. It’s 11am. I have the app to order ahead to avoid the horrifically long drive thru. You locked your door for training. At the very least make it for online walk up orders only! Waste of time and money here.

I changed my review. Turns out they shut off their mobile ordering and the app went to a different city. After explaining to the store this owen sound store gave us the drink for free here.
I want to be angry with them but I can’t, they are nice people here.

New to the area and decided to grab a warm drink on a very snowy late afternoon, knowing I would be getting a good warm up. It was a typical drive thru visit, but just before pulling away, my visit was immediately improved.

The young lady serving me, told me to "stay safe, this weather is crazy." I know it wasn't much, but it was sincere, and I really appreciated it.

To that young lady, thank you!

Every time I go here the staff is so friendly and wonderful to talk with and my drinks are always amazing! Love this location so much!
