I asked Erin for a simple carrot cake for myself and my wife to enjoy, and she delivered anything but simple!! It was decorated in fall flowers and gold leaf accents making it an unbelievable fall representation totally beyond our expectations! And then the inside! Carrot ginger with coconut, cream cheese buttercream icing with a hint of maple! Absolutely delicious! Please support her as she grows her business!!

We ordered a wedding cake from the KnickKnack Baker without sampling first and let me tell you, it was the greatest surprise when our gluten free vegan cake came out tasting better than any cake I’ve ever eaten. We had people in line for seconds and all our guests were shocked it was vegan gluten free. I can’t recommend this bakery enough. Wow. This is our new go to place for ordering cakes. Thank you!!

Erin made this incredible cake for my sister’s 60th birthday, she is an artist that takes tours in Ireland, and Ireland is very dear to her heart. Erin crafted a Guinness chocolate cake with Bailey’s Irish Cream icing. I have no words for how beautiful and delicious this cake was. Unbelievable. Thanks Erin!!! I

Erin makes amazing cakes! She has some incredibly unique flavours and always goes out of her way to personalize each cake. Not only is her baking delicious, but her artistic skills are out of this world! She made a custom churro flavoured cake with a hand painted portrait of my dog on the fondant and homemade churros on top- it was unreal. Would highly recommend!
