This Source Store was so wonderful. I purchased a new phone and was walked through the process. The transfer of data from my old phone took a lot longer but not once did I feel rushed. They made every effort to complete the transaction. I also returned a couple of weeks after to get help with erasing my old phone as I was sending it to my daughter….again above and beyond customer service!!! Thank you and the store manager should be very proud of their staff.

Very helpful and friendly employees, "found" something I didn't mean to find; it was nice seeing you Griffin! The store it self may not have had what I was looking for but they made excellent suggestions as to where I could find what I wanted

Just had the best experience with Derrick the sales rep at the Owensound location. Friendly, knowledgable & very efficient. I was In & out without any messing around, i appreciate that ! Thank you !

Had what I needed when I needed it, at the price I wanted. Prices are more or less on par with the market, and the selection is pretty good. There are some products that you can find here, that you can't find most places. Will be back for sure!
