The transfer of data from my old phone took a lot longer but not once did I feel rushed. They made every effort to complete the transaction. I also returned a couple of weeks after to get help with erasing my old phone as I was sending it to my daughter….again above and beyond customer service!!! Thank you and the store manager should be very proud of their staff.
