Late in sharing this but in late June I showed up at the Virgin kiosk at the mall in Owen Sound...The service received from Phil and Corey was fantastic. I am not "techy" in the least and was purchasing a new phone switching contents from a corporate to personal account. |They were patient and thorough with the service they provided. Phil is amazing! So knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and best of all, he always takes the time to explain things fully without being condescending. I wish Phil worked at every company I have to deal with.
