She went out of her way to make sure that my family that was coming from all over had the best accommodations and we’re 100% completely satisfied. Awesome stay! 219-8L was very clean and cozy. Bedrooms separate from the upstairs living/kitchen/dining area which was good for a large group of people. Chalet was equipped with everything we needed and very plentiful. Gorgeous kitchen, cozy living space and a dining table large enough for everyone to sit at. Hot tub was clean and hot. Rooms were good sizes with comfortable beds, bathrooms were clean and newly renovated, basement was cooler so bring an extra blanket. Garbage/recycling bins close. Chris was great to deal with. Even for last minute things she accommodated us. Would defiantly stay here again when coming back to blue mountain! Thanks for the great communication and accommodations! Cheers.

Great place for a girls getaway! Recently stayed at 219 Arlberg Cres - Unit 8L. Lots of room, clean and has everything you need for the weekend! Highly recommend!

This was our first time booking from this site and I was quite nervous because we were fairly big group. The timing and organization was very good. What really made our stay so pleasant was their availability and quick responses for any need that we had. They are very friendly and the location is so convenient to all ski runs. We had a very pleasant experience and we decided to go again this year. Thanks.
