Mountain House at Windfall

Visited this development today. The model homes are beautiful, the staff were positive and well informed. Vito was great he toured me around the site and we visited their Mountain House model unit. Their homes and condominiums are beautiful. Thanks for a great experience today Vito!

Moved into our new home in the Windfall community. The best decision we ever made. The support and vision from Windfall staff incredible. Two years ago Jill stayed late to show us the model home and once our decision to buy was made we visited often. Could not be happier with our home and have not stopped smiling yet. An incredible organization.

From the expert team in the sales centre to the upscale "little things", we have been extremely happy with our purchase at Windfall. We looked at many new build areas around the Blue Mountains, and decided on Windfall as it is closest to the Mountain and the builder has many standard upscale features. For any of the minor fixes or requests we had, the customer service team is incredible, with most things addressed the same day. The neighbourhood is a younger active community, who all seem to enjoy outdoor adventure like us. Municipal by-laws do not allow short term rentals in this area, which is a big bonus to keep things quiet without transient weekend parties like some are subdivisions have.

Buying a new home is very exciting, but can also be an extremely stressful experience. All of the staff at Windfall are terrific. Our purchase was done directly with Jill and Leanne, they made the buying process stress free and accommodated our subsequent house model change with patience and pleasure. We are looking forward to becoming part of the Windfall community. For those looking to buy at Windfall, feel confident in the people that are available to assist you.

I think the name says it all...Windfall. It has everything. Beautiful homes embraced by nature and surroundings full of opportunities. Whether it's going to Blue Mountain Village or to Georgian Bay, so many activities are easily accessible. My purchasing experience has been nothing but amazing and I so look forward to enjoying my new home. A big thank you to the Windfall Team for making possible my next adventure.
