Summit Team Building

Our team had an amazing time doing "The Quest" at the Blue Mountain Resort. Summit Team Building was awesome to work with. They had everything organized perfectly and really knew how to get everyone pumped for the activity. 100% would recommend!

Earlier last month, my colleagues and I participated in a summit team building event, Blue Mountain Quest. The energizer (paper, rock, scissors challenge) set the tone perfectly as it was a great way to start the competition and get the energy levels up. It showed how well we can work as a team, and also showed areas where one can improve (i.e. communicate more effectively especially during stressful situations). This activity and the people in charge were a great unit and a fantastic way to create a team bonding experience. Definitely one of our favourite moments during our 3-day summer conference. Thank you!

It's not often that you attend team-building events and come out enthused. After a two-day program with Summit, I can happily say that I was more than enthused.

Summit Team Building was a welcome breath of fresh air for a conference our group was attending at the Blue Mountain Resort. Between the photo scavenger hunt in the Blue Mountain Village to the morning personality break down, this group always kept us engaged, always kept us talking. They knew how to communicate with us and relate with us, tying their methods to the industry our company is in. Overall, a great experience!

We had a team building event with the Summit Crew at Th Blue Mountain Resort. It was a great time and well organized. All the team members where intriguing and motivational.
I am glad that I was able to experience this. The activities and team building were adapted to learning experiences that were actually useful to our everyday work environment.

Scott Kress has provided multiple Team Building presentations at Beaver Valley Ski Club, both in a large group setting and in small intimate settings. His experiences touch many and produce a strong feeling of accomplishment and the goal to plan ahead and work in a team for the most positive outcome possible. Scott's ability to use his own experiences in learning and teaching others is inconceivable. We would be happy to host Scott's Team Building again.
