Service is always good. BUT, they need to reinforce the 2 meters apart.. today I had a guy right behind me an poked my shoulder. It made me very mad. If people dont use their heads then stores need to enforce the rules
Great selection of produce, vegan options, baked goods. They have freshly made bagels, buns and pastries. Also a wonderful selection spices and herbs for all kinds of cooking.
This is a great store that provides for a small community. They have a wide variety of item to cater to anyones needs. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. Saves many from going to another town that has the big box items but not the country charm.
This is my go to place! The staff are always pleasant. Just follow their guidelines and you're good. They have staff constantly disinfecting... which makes me feel better. I know the rule of each patron who enters needs to have their own shopping cart... but that's just to keep each other safe. I've heard people make fun of the rule and mock the employees who are trying to follow the rules Foodland has implemented in order to keep people safe... let's refrain from doing that. The employees are trying to do their best.
Very clean. Good selection of fruit and vegetables. Meat is expensive. Read labels for expiry and best before dates. I’ve been burned by expired foods a couple times. Helpful butchers. Excellent bakery staff.
Overall, an excellent community grocery store. If they don’t have something you’re looking for, they will order it in for you.
