I was recommended Steve, by one of the selling agents on a house that I had attempted to purchase in which the broker I was using fumbled the deal. Steve has been nothing but professional and helpful in guiding my family and I in the purchase of our new home, as well as informing us on things we could do to improve our chances with the approval process. He's always willing to go the extra mile to get what needs to be done, done. I work alot of 12 hour shifts as well as weekends and he has been extremely accommodating with my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a broker, we were in a tough spot but he managed to get the job done for us.
