Brock and Jess are amazing at what they do! Very professional, helpful and friendly. The clinic is a beautiful place to go for treatment. Kristy at the front desk is super warm, friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

The staff and service is great. I went in with a few aches and pains and was able to get some relief the first day. Rescheduling is within reasonable timing. The team is very willing to provide you with exercises to help also. Very knowledgeable!

Manual Medicine feels like coming home. When you first walk in the door, Kristy greets you with genuine warmth and friendliness, and you instantly feel like you’re in a place where people care about you and support you, no matter what size you are or what shape you are in. The feeling of belonging intensifies when you meet Jessica, the physiotherapist. Besides being extremely smart and excellent at what she does, she teaches you all about what’s going on with your body and how you’ll work together to fix it. But for me, the feeling I get when I’m in a physiotherapy session with Jess is the most important thing about coming to Manual Medicine. I’m a bigger person and I feel extremely conscientious about my body, but with Jessica I feel comfortable, valued, dignified, and safe. She is reassuring, positive, encouraging, and non-judgemental. Both Kristy and Jessica are beautiful souls, and are very special people. You are literally in extremely good hands with them!

Going to Manual Medicine feels like seeing family! They are truly dedicated to helping you get back to your best self. Jessica takes the time not only give you her full attention and outstanding care but teaches you so much about what's going on with your body along the way.
