Wes was able to identify the issue with my dryer and replace the part in due time. Other technicians couldn’t figure out what was wrong and I did not want to spend money on a new one! Moved to our new place and the washer cold water line was clogged. Living in the country Whirlpool couldn't send a technician to our area. Found Xclusv instead. Appointment was made next day and he fixed the washer quickly and cleanly! Great service. Highly recommend.

My refrigerator decided to stop working The night of Good Friday, great I’ll have to wait until Monday to fix it that’s if they can get me in though. I called first thing Monday morning and Wes fit me in later that day. I was extremely pleased with this young man. He was very polite and courteous. He explained and answered all my millions of questions and didn’t mind me watching in awe. He was very careful of placing things down, and keeping the area clean as he worked. He tried many things to make sure he could pinpoint the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. I would highly recommend Wes! He was a pleasure to deal with, I wish I could give him 10 stars!
