I can’t say enough good things about Three Flames!! The knowledgeable coaches, quality programming, cleanliness of the gym & array of equipment are just the start. The best part is that we are a gym family, everyone is encouraging & supportive of each other & that makes the difference! 🔥🔥🔥

Amazing gym! The coaches are all outstanding and are very knowledgeable. The community here is the best and makes me love going to the gym. Before coming here I refused to wake up before 9am and now I look forward to go to the 7am class in the morning. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

Joining a new gym is absolutely terrifying but from the moment I walked into the gym, everyone made me feel welcome and a part of the team.
I particularly love that each of the coaches has their own tricks and pointers. All of them equally motivating and constantly pushing me to do better while making sure I don't hurt myself!
