Flatt Ranch Boarding Facility

Jennifer is working with our mare, and a friends filly, to gentle them, as they were ferel and unhandled by humans until May 8th, the day we got them. The filly has been here since around May 13th, and our mare since May 30th. In the few times I've visited the barn, I've seen such a transformation, that both horses can now be touched, brushed, haltered and led around where, on the day we got here, they could barely be looked at without being afraid. The photo below was taken after only 3 weeks with Jennifer. She's absolutely fantastic at what she does!! Highly recommended!

I bought my unhandled mare in early May and brought her to Flatt Ranch at the end of May for training. Jennifer is working with my mare to gentle her. She has done a tremendous job. We can now lead, brush, lift and pick feet. Goes out in a pasture without halter and comes to gate when it is time to come in. These are huge steps for an unhandled horse. Amazing!

This facility is a drama free facility that shows the care and love to the horses that board there , my children and I love going there and meeting the horses and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere!

This place is amazing!! we have taken our girls there to enjoy this well taken care of facility, and our girls really loved taking their amazing minis for a walk around the farm and visiting with all the horses there. The facility is clean and well kept as well. They always put the care for the horses first and it is in our opinion extremely outstanding. We would highly recommend for anyone to go by there facility and see the farm. And experience the friendly atmosphere.
