Fantastic doctors office. Funny and friendly front office staff. Doctors and Nurses who are compassionate, full of empathy and understanding. I've never been anywhere like this. Laura is the nurse (NP) I thought only existed on tv shows.

I had a doctor for 16 years who knew nothing about me. He was rude and condescending. Since switching to doctor Tytus in caledonia I feel like a human again. I’m always treated with respect. Dr. Tytus is caring and explains everything to me so I understand diagnosis and treatments. All of the staff are great. The receptionist Jen is also terrific. My only complaint is I don’t always get a call back when needed. I understand the nature of their office and know they are busy (especially on Fridays). I’ve also used the virtual clinic and was seen by dr. Tytus senior. He is also a great doctor. Pleasant and caring. I would recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone.

Our family has been going there for a couple years. We love everyone there. Also friendly, helpful and so caring. Wait time is amazing! They take time with you. We never feel rushed and get our questions answered. Highly recommend if they are taking new patients.
