With a little trepidation, I left my electric vehicle (2011 Chevy Volt) with them as it was making a horrible whining noise.

I picked up my car, and it was like getting back an old friend. Everything works just fine, and the joy of the silent electric drive is back.

The repair estimate was correct. The work was done professionally, and the proprietor showed me a picture of the original damaged part (the electric motor stator bearing was literally falling apart). I am much comforted by the fact that I now have a good resource for repairing the vehicles of the future right here in Dunnville.

In and out with an appointment to lose the winter slicks and replace with summer tread tires.
Told me it'll be 45 to a hour so I went grocery shopping and please let me stress
they are honest and down to earth folks that I trust, implicitly.
You don't get that corporate false smile and vague promise you get service. You get in and out.
You pay a fair price.
This is a nice family of hard working and dedicated people.

Excellent work, honest assessments, and realistic prices. It's rare to find a garage where you don't feel like you're being taken to the cleaners. I always leave pleased with the work, the price, and the conversation. IMHO this is the best shop in the region.

New Tech has been servicing our family vehicles since we moved here over a year ago. Scott is honest, knowledgeable and to the point. All qualities that I believe are important in a mechanic. I know when my wife or myself take our vehicles in, we aren't going to be taken for a ride which I appreciate. Our last mechanic took it upon himself to go on a treasure hunt at every visit which always cost us way more than expected.
