The whole experience is so professional and positive. I always feel terrific when I leave.
My sister and I had an amazing time at this Spa! The staff are all lovely and did a great job pampering us. Sheryl (or Cheryl) and Doh were both a delight and made the experience that much more enjoyable. We had body wraps, facials and mani/pedis and all were very relaxing and done professionally. The blueberry detox body wrap was so warm and cozy and felt just like being inside a blueberry pie. We had a light lunch by the indoor pool, which was such a nice touch. We both enjoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely be back in the spring/summer to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend! Thanks for a lovely day, great job!

I’ve been to the Grand River Spa at least 4 times in the past 6 months and plan to continue booking my services here! Hallie does my hair and Jaylynn my nails, they are both great at what they do, and are professional and friendly. I’ve always found the place to be very clean and well kept, and all the staff to be very polite and welcoming. Being an esthetician myself I’m a tough critic but I have never been dissapointed here. The facilities are beautiful and the spa offers every service imagineable. Their focus on natural and wholesome wellness is refreshing. My visits always feel relaxed, unrushed, and I am always spoiled. Thanks ladies!
