Rob Petitti is the absolute best. We first heard of him from a recommendation in FB cottage owners group. We called him and he was easy to talk to, and he doesn't rush when talking to us.

FIRST PROJECT fall 2021: He first helped us with our first floor shower replacement as it was leaking and falling apart. We bought the shower from a Brampton warehouse. We bought the shower tiles that Rob recommended, and he told us what he would do to ensure this shower install would last long. He did a fabulous job with the install. After several weeks, there was a minor leak on the left side of the shower. I called Rob back and he came back looking where the leak may be. Rob is the type of person that doesn't want a problem to defeat him. He eventually found the leak and it was due to a manufacturing design flaw, which is not even his problem. The other fix for us was the shower spout. Since our shower piping was pex (plastic not copper), it came loose, Rob came back and helped fixed it for us. He made it better than before, and he didn't ask us for a dime for his time.

SECOND PROJECT fall 2022: We hired him once again to help add a second washroom to our basement. This one involved a pump up toilet. Rob worked with us based on what we we wanted and gave us feedback on what is achievable and not. He also worked within our budget. This project involved levelling the basement floor, adding floor tiles and the aforementioned pump up toilet. He transformed part of unfinished basement to something that is welcoming. Rob even reinforced the entry way to the basement as the prior contractor that did the work did not do a good job of doing the support. Rob also reinforced the lateral beam in the basement which gave us a peace of mind knowing that beam will not go anywhere.. There were unexpected issues that came up, and Rob tackled it head on. He again went beyond the call of duty. His project assistant, Justin was amazing. Rob wouldn't have been able to tackle this project alone. Rob comes in on time and keeps the dust and mess to a minimum. His craftmanship and attention to detail is just second to none.

I would go with Rob again for future projects. I hope all our project needs are done before he even thinks of retiring. Pictures to come.

I was extremely delighted and wowed by the workmanship, skill, knowledge, as well as the reliability and friendliness shown by Rob Petitti. He showed up on time and worked solely on my property, working tirelessly until the job was completed.
I am in awe of the deck he built for me, as well as other fix-ups, including building a new shed door. He was very smart and adapt at problem solving issues which needed fixing on my cottage property. He billed me intermittently with itemized costs of materials throughout the construction and was extremely honest and fair. His co-worker was also extremely skilled as well.
