My mother had a problem with her glasses and even though they were not purchased at their store they fixed them at no charge. Thank you!

Our first time at Haliburton Vision Care. I had my eyes tested and ordered a new pair of glasses and my husband had a diabetic screening. Dr. Kay is very knowledgeable and thorough. The receptionist and the technician (I'm sorry but I don't know their names) are so friendly and polite right from the time you walk in the door. They said that my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks, guess what 2 weeks to the day. I will recommend Dr. Kay to anyone. I will be a return customer.

I get top-notch customer service every time I go to Haliburton Vision Care. Elsie is phenomenal! She was extremely helping when it came to getting the perfect new frames and ensuring they'd meet my very specific needs. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. It's obvious she's very knowledgeable in her field. Now I have very comfortable glasses that look GREAT and I can see perfectly with. I'm glad I remained a customer of this business after it changed hands a couple of years ago. Keep it up!

The overwhelming quality of the service alone is enough to maintain my loyalty to Lance and the vision care centre. They have a wide variety of nice frames, are helpful quick and easy to communicate with.
