Rented 2 Kayaks with paddles. The staff was incredibly helpful loading them in the back of my truck and making sure I had everything I needed. They answered all of my questions and even suggested how to maneuver out the tight parking lot. When I did the return, there was different staff but they were very upbeat and helpful unloading as well! Thank you for making this experience a good one!! I loved my time on the water!! I’ll be back again next year! :)
My only suggestion would be to offer delivery and pick up :)

I was looking for a specific colour in a yeti mug and sent my daughter in looking for it but they were out of stock, but the staff member Steph said she would call as soon as it came in. A week later it came in and sure enough she called. And because she knew I really liked the colour she called me again asking if I was interested in other styles! So needless to say I bought more yeti cup holders than I needed but I love them!! Great customer service! Will definitely shop there again because of Steph!!!
