(August 23, 2021, 6:08 pm)We booked a private off site group yoga session with Amanda and it was amazing! We did a combination of a flow and some Yin yoga. Amanda challenged us and gave us the opportunity to try new moves. We all felt revitalized afterwards and definitely felt the work put in the next day! Thanks again Amanda! Until next time :)

(May 30, 2019, 5:22 pm)Beautiful and clean studio on the main street in Haliburton. Took a power vinyasa class with Amanda and it was wonderful. She has a wonderful calming energy and presence about her while making you work super hard! Would recommend this class to anyone looking for a good sweat.
