I reached out to Robert to get a short notice WETT inspection completed at a newly purchased property, I was in a bit of a bind because I needed the WETT report to get insurance on the mortgage. Robert was quick to respond, explained everything clearly and understood the bind I was in , and although his schedule was fully booked, he was over to my place within a few days. He was on time, knowledgeable, helpful and professional and I had the report within a day. He accepts email money transfer which made it even easier. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed with how thorough and professional Robert was throughout the inspection process. He was willing to discuss all the details of his work during the inspection and was really friendly and knowledgeable. He seemed to look at every little detail of the home and found things we would never have even considered, including some that were very important for health and safety reasons. Every tap got turned on, every switch was tested and small details around the exterior were examined. At the end, nothing happened that changed our mind about the property, but we are now going in with our eyes wide open about some things we will have to deal with in the future. It was money very well spent.

His inspection was thorough and efficient, and his well-written and comprehensive report was delivered in less than 24 hours after the physical inspection despite this being a holiday weekend. We also discussed the report in detail over the telephone and Robert answered all my questions. I came away with a clear sense of priorities and the comfort that I wanted prior to releasing the inspection condition for the purchase and sale agreement.
