He is a straight-forward guy, easy to deal with, stuck to the original quote, nice little details, a fast and reliable communicator by email. I would very much recommend him. He always had thoughtful suggestions and he has a great network of sub-trades. Honestly, we were nervous about choosing the right contractor and we are glad we chose Wayne.
