“The staff member in this VIC was enthusiastic and keen to assist guests. She was attentive and tried to provide a variety of options.
The staff member was proud of the fact that Wilberforce is the Geocaching capital of Canada. She talked with us about geocaching, mineral collecting and also other attractions such as Hike Haliburton.
This staff member has a positive attitude. She was personable, polite and interested in helping us.”
