(August 18, 2019, 12:24 pm)Lady at front desk courteous. Greated you as you entered. Lady at tax collection desk another story. Typing away at her computer...back to the desk so she couldn't see anyone who entered. Took comment from lady at front desk 3 or 4 minutes later for the other to take notice I was there. Suggest Dave Burton, Mayor, that you realign your tax office desks or train your staff to periodically look up so they can see if anyone is waiting (or go old fashioned and get a bell!)
