We were looking for a local supplier of Big Country frozen raw dog food, to save us transporting it up from Toronto. I phoned around different towns, and called upon Paulmac's in Minden Ontario.
I spoke with Amanda,who was very familiar with the product, that they always had stock, and had many customers who fed there dogs the brand. Awesome.
I felt an immediate comfort level with Amanda, and there was a discount with same day pickup of the food. Another plus.
We went up to Minden, there are other stores closer to us, but customer service is Very important to us.
They have a great selection of pet foods and related things. Purchased kibble that was not agreeable with our boy. They told me full customer satisfaction was paramount.
They are True to there word.
Returned the opened bag, got another brand, boy is happy, as are we.
Amanda is the manager, her staff of Patty, Emily and Heather are all very knowledgeable, well informed and always willing to answer or research questions or concerns you may have.
Wished more businesses took the same view in customer service!
