Was a great experience Mark Hamilton went above and beyond for the sale of our truck

Ford escape very hard to detect elect. problems, they replaced my battery, but I had just installed a new battery , that masked the problem, for a week till that new battery ran out of juice. still have same elect problems.
1.lights dimm
2.click under dash, then
a.radio stops
b.outside temp. quits
c.power steering fails.
very dangerous situation, I will bring it back in
for another check up, hope they do better next time. so I can remove the 3 star.
I personally think, the low voltage has corrupt the computer and should be re flashed, but I am not a Ford guy.
