(March 22, 2018, 10:29 am)Extremely pleased. I always call Action Chem-Dry for all my carpet cleaning needs. They had cleaned my area rug that had pet stains and it was cleaned spotless. I have two dogs so I clean this rug every 6 months. I also have my carpet in my bed room cleaned. Phil the senior technician is very responsible and always on time. They are very reasonable and do amazing job. I highly recommend them.
