(February 3, 2019, 6:20 pm)Good customer service (other than them not being able to find our reservation when we had to go to an event) but the rooms were pretty run down. Smelled like smoke and dust even though I was in non-smoking. Half of the heating system doesn't work, not enough pillows. Fine for a night though.
(January 22, 2019, 3:11 am)It was somewhat clean but there was a big black spider climbing on the ceiling when I woke up. Spiders are everywhere I suppose just seemed kind of creepy. The cover panels were off the floor radient heating system which also didn't help the lack of luxury. Ok for a quick cheap overnight but I wouldn't want to be there much longer.
