(December 11, 2017, 7:04 pm)My mother spent her last year and a half at CAMA. My family and I found the staff caring, compassionate and respectful. The facility was consistently clean and well maintained. I always felt that my mom was in good hands and that I was kept informed. I was a regular visitor here and watched how, not only my mom but, other residents were lovingly treated by personal support workers and other staff. I would highly recommend CAMA Woodlands.
(June 20, 2017, 10:42 pm)We were very happy with the care our recently deceased mother/ mother-in-law received at CAMA over the past couple of years. The staff was professional, caring, and friendly. We feel CAMA was exceptional.
(May 31, 2017, 5:25 pm)My mother-in-law spent over 4 years as a resident in CAMA Woodlands. She received the best of care from all the staff members, always showing her respect, patience, compassion and love during her difficult journey with Alzheimer's disease. Mom benefited from the Butterfly program for dementia care, focusing on her individual needs. What a success this program has been , and the staff should be admired for all they contributed. I feel blessed that Mom had the CAMA" family" care for her during her last years with us.
(May 7, 2017, 10:18 pm)My mom has been at Cama for 3 years now. Before that she lived with my husband and myself. I find the care there more than acceptional. Yes mishaps happen but mishaps happened when she lived with us too. I have always been called immediately when something happened or even if my mom is having an emotional day or a bad dream. My mom is happy there, and that is due to the staff taking time to talk to her, and making her feel good and special. I find it very easy to discuss any issues with the staff and things are always resolved with no problems. No place, and nobody is perfect, but we really lucked out having my mom placed at Cama.
