He explains everything in detail, and makes sure we understand everything while we are there. (For two very financially unsavvy people.. this is very helpful!). We always feel at peace leaving his office! Leah, his assistant is also a gem. She is always friendly, and never makes you feel like a pain when you call in with questions.
