Joe from HDS came by to give us a quote and ended up saving us a lot of time and hassle. The issue turned out to be a simple repair, which he completed in twenty minutes for a minimal cost. We thought the entire garage door needed to be replaced, but because of Joe's knowledge and honesty, he suggested the repair instead, which saved us a lot of money. Amazing service! Had one of the cables on my garage door start fraying. Called HDS on Monday morning. Really professional, courteous experience. I believe the lady's name was Teri. She knew what I needed and was able to explain everything to me. I was booked in for later the same day which was a pleasant surprise. Joe came through and replaced both cables, checked some other things and oiled up the hinges to reduce noise without me having to ask. You don't come across that sort of service very often.
