Had Kitchen and hall floor replaced because of water damage from dishwasher. Very satisfied with work done other than taking 2 months from start to finish. Actual time spent was 4 days drying floor and 3 days removing and replacing floor, 2 hours trim work and 2 hours plumbing.

They went beyond my expectation of cleaning my unit after the fire at my neighbors. Very quick and thorough, got our clothes and belongings back in a timely manner neatly folded and smelling like there was no smoke smell. As a result of water damage from a fire elsewhere in my condo building, I had to replace the flooring in my unit. The On Side crew (especially Damian) and the sub trades (Lee at Dacor Interiors and his installers) took their time and did a terrific job. I'm grateful to all of them and Jules, the project manager. Had a sewer backup incident after a big storm on Aug.4 in the evening and called the emergency number at 9:30pm. On Aug.5 Chris our project manager was on scene at 9:00am. On Side staff arrived that afternoon to start work and begin the removal of wet carpeting and drywall. It was a big job in my mind and we were very impressed with the quality, speed and thoroughness of the work performed. From the project manager to the construction manager to all of the front line workers they were simply excellent. The quality of the finished work is top notch.
