Bought new home in Ancaster Way. Quality built. Passed 3 Mike Holmes inspections. Many designs to choose from, open to revising floor plans to suit customer needs. Kozet in aftercare department has been very good in responding to any questions. Christine in design was great to help plan interiors and colours. Good choice in tiles, wood, carpet and finishes.

I love my Zeina home! The quality and workmanship was excellent - I would definitely recommend this custom builder. Even though there were a few minor issues throughout the process, my concerns were always addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
