I brought my car to ONS to find out why there was a grinding sound coming from one of the wheels while driving. While there I asked if he could give the car a look over as I haven’t been keeping up with the maintenance and was sure I’d have a long list of things to be repaired or replaced. Within an hour Malcolm called me to let me know why my car was grinding, and that all I needed done was spark plugs and brakes. The service was quick and cost efficient.

Recently bought a used vehicle from ons auto. I have dealt with them for repairs mostly over the years. They made buying a vehicle very easy and no pushy sale tactics as well They addressed all my concerns and when I received the vehicle it was better then we could have hoped. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. The owner was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I didn't feel like He was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. Thanks
