Tom Williams helped us with our mortgage recently. We sold our house, and purchased a new home for our family. We were dealing with leaving a lender, needing a mortgage for the new property. Tom made everything run smoothly, and made us feel fully educated and in control at all steps of the process. He was diligent, and through his consistent work on our behalf, we were able to benefit from several rate decreases over the course of the buying experience.
