I reached out to Nadine this past autumn as I was interested in reconnecting my mind/body through massage therapy (and yoga). This was a first for me, as prior I spent no time thinking about this connection.

In the few months I have been working with Nadine my posture has improved significantly and my sense of physical sense has grown significantly. Each session builds on each other.

That’s the big picture stuff. I also ride my gravel bike nearly every day (except for winter) and my treatments help very much with muscle fatigue.

In my experience Nadine is not just going through the motions, she asks questions and tailors the treatment to what best can help during the session.

Everything about my therapy sessions is professional, effective, and inclusive of where I am physically and even mentally that day.

Nadine is great at treating injuries. I had a pinched nerve and her treatments and exercise recommendations were instrumental in my recovery.
