Ventura Towers

The staff were quick to respond to maintenance calls I made and spraying for bedbugs and electrical issues. There was a lot of construction in the building. My neighbor had cockroaches even after having her apartment sprayed multiple times. There does need to be security because a homeless person has come knocking on my door a couple of times while I rented on the 9th floor. The staff are nice.

Nice place to live in. It clean and the building is doing work on it. As there are put in more one bedrooms and look to bring people here to live. There's a gym as well as people cleaning the hallways all the time. Pet friendly environment and lots of kids walking around and as well they have a laundromat. There are things they need to fix like maybe have a security guard walking around more as people are sleeping in the elevators and smoking weed in the stairwells as well. My opinion is a great place to be just would be nice if we had a security guard outside to walk around and catch people doing things they shouldn't be doing.

Great value here, the staff puts in a really consistent effort to keep this building running and it really shows. Maintenance requests are dealt with very quickly and the staff are very friendly. Renovations were done nicely, nothing to fancy but well done.
The building does have some roaches (as I'm sure most buildings in Hamilton have) but if you see any and let the staff know they will treat the unit within the week.
Overall I would recommend this place, very close to all the downtown amenities and top notch staff.
