This group were great landlords. They were responsive any time we had a maintenance request. They carry out regular maintenance on the buildings. We found our apartment to be great value for our money when compared to other options. All the amenities were new when we moved in a year ago. The kitchen space is especially nice.
Hi, I stayed at one of their apartments off site from this address, 241 Queen street south actually. The place was well situated in Hamilton and been renovated prior to my moving in, including central air. Kings Residences we’re incredibly prompt in responding to maintenance concerns and always reachable. I highly recommend them as a provider for accommodation.
