Basement Specialist

We were very happy with the work that Cole and Brandon did for us fixing the waterleak in our basement. We appreciate Tom who is the owner of Basement Specialist, who is so easy to work with, and will not try to tell you you need additional work when you don't.
I do not hesitate one moment to recommened Basement Specialist for any waterproofing or work that needs to be done in your basement. We thought the price was fair and reasonable.

Having just moved to Dundas and since the previous owners had used The Basement Specialist to do a bit of work on sealing the foundation and it looked good, we decided to to call them to do 3 sides of the house prior to doing extensive landscaping.

Tom Mildren came and gave us a quote which seemed reasonable and gave us a tentative start date. We added some other work to the job and he and his crew added them to the mix without issue.

The crew lead, Colin, was knowledgeable and friendly. He made useful suggestions. There was continuously good communication between us and Tom and Colin, so that we were all aware of what was happening and what was coming next.

Like many construction projects, it got bigger and things took longer than we all expected but we weren't overly concerned as the landscapers had pushed their start date back.

Overall we were very satisfied with the work, and we would happily recommend the Basement Specialist.

From the beginning of the process they have been excellent. Tom was the only contractor that came to the site for an estimate. Communication was clear. Cole and his crew did a great job and were professional and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and would use them again.
