“Great food and timely service despite the busy day! The wings were smokey and ribs tender in a way that only smoke can do! It seems like they already improved on their service from other orders as my cold accouterments were packaged separately from my hot items. Note: if you are eating in it is VERY smokey in there. You may want to pick a nice day and eat it in your car or outside somewhere.”

“Our experience at the Collins Brewhouse was fantastic. Great food, beautiful patio, and just an all around good time. Their lobster fest is on right now and it is worth it! But more than any of that I want to give a shout-out to our server, Patrick. Honestly, his energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the food and restaurant in general were an absolute treat. He was charismatic and engaging with not only us, but with every table he was serving. We will be returning to see Patrick again!
